Job Description
(1) Based on the job description of the organization approved by the Committee, the Secretary General shall prepare and enforce the job description of each post of the Service.
(2) The job description as referred to in sub-section (1) shall clearly specify, inter alia, the functions, duties, responsibilities and powers of the concerned post and
qualifications required for the same.
(3) In posting the Employee to any post, the job description and the indicators for the evaluation of functions as specified in the job description shall also be provided, along with the posting letter.
(4) Other provisions relating to the job description shall be as prescribed.
